Processing & Delivery Days

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday only. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping is available on your first order only. You'll see this applied automatically at checkout.

All subsequent orders are subject to standard shipping rates, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Repeat order shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Issues & Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you experience any issue with your shipment, please reach out to our support team as soon as possible:

Estimated Delivery Times

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location within the US.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high carrier volume, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery dates are not guaranteed and that BITTE is not responsible for carrier-related delays.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package directly with the carrier.

Return Shipping

If you need to return a product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
